  • Do you have contact with my client?

    Generally, no, as we recognize the importance of the relationship you have with your client. However, if client communication is a service you are looking for, let's discuss!

  • Are my files secure and confidential?

    Absolutely! We use a tool called JotForm to obtain information. JotForm offers high grade security and takes every precaution to keep your information safe. We do not share your information with anyone other than your broker, and we have strict guidelines to keep your and your client's information safe. 

  • What are your business hours?

    We operate within normal weekly business hours with after-hours flexibility as needed. 

  • Can you help with a transaction I've already initiated?

    Yes, of course! Simply provide the necessary information, and let us do the rest!

  • How will you keep me updated?

    You will receive weekly status emails for each of your transactions. You will also be copied on all correspondence, unless otherwise requested. If you would prefer to receive communication another way, we can discuss what works best for you. Rest assured, we are trying to make this as easy on YOU as possible!

  • What if we are not geographically close?

    No worries at all! We virtually accomodate your real estate needs, so geography does not matter.
